Learner Placement in Accordance with Learning Progressions/Competency System
School Board Approved: July 23, 2018

The Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District provides a planned program of instruction designed to ensure all learners attain proficiency. The board recognizes that some may require more or less time to achieve learning. Placement will be made based on their learning level, their learning styles and their interests rather than only by age/grade level as they progress toward their proficiency based learning plan.

Effective communication with parents is critical to a learner’s success in school. The superintendent, school administrators and teachers are responsible for ensuring that parents are continuously informed of their children’s progress. Reports on learner progress shall be current and accessible at all times.
