Staff Development
School Board Approved: September 12, 2016

The Superintendent shall ensure the development and implementation of a training plan for all staff. Such training shall be directly related to the duties, responsibilities, and expectations of each employee’s role in the district.

It shall be the responsibility of each supervisor to implement appropriate staff development training and activities for the employees they supervise.

Employees are expected to stay current and knowledgeable in their field. Employees are encouraged to share their research, findings, and knowledge with one another..
