Personnel Records and Files
School Board Approved: September 12, 2016
The Superintendent is authorized and directed to develop and implement a centralized, comprehensive, confidential and efficient system of personnel records. The system shall comply with federal requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
