Entertainment Catering Venue Rental
School Board Approved: September 14, 2015
The Superintendent must approve any expenditure of district funds for food or beverages for district related meetings or events. Any expenditure in excess of the budgeted amount will require School Board approval. There should be no expending of district funds for entertainment or venue rental other than for student education without prior School Board approval.
