Board Member Development Opportunities
School Board Approved: June 6, 2016
The Board recognizes the importance of continuing education for its members.
The Board regards the following as examples of continuing education activities:
- Participation in School Board Association conferences, workshops, and conventions.
- District-sponsored training sessions for Board members.
- Subscriptions to publications addressed to the concerns of Board members.
The District will pay for registration fees for any approved continuing education activities
