Nondiscrimination, Equal Opportunity, Human Rights
School Board Approved: December 16, 2019

It is the policy of the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District that there will be no discrimination on the basis of age, gender, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national ethnic origin, or economic status for participation in, admission/access to, or operation and administration of any educational program or activity, or employment in the School District.

The District will not discriminate against any employee who is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking.

Any person having inquiries concerning the District’s compliance with this policy may contact the Superintendent of Schools.
